The answers are: Put the units infront of the tens, and connect them with "und" which means "and" in English.
For example, the number "twenty two" in German is "Zweiundzwanzig".
Another rule is how to count the "tens." The order is: the unit of the tens in the fornt, and the "zig" which means "ten" in English in the back.
For example, you want to say "Thirty" in German: "Drei" + "Zig" = "dreissig" and the "forty" will be "Vier" + "zig" ="viezig0"
